Team accountability
Clear ownership, the right access, and visible team activity.
RevenueTie shows who owns each lead, what each team member has done, and what each role is allowed to see, so owners and managers can understand activity across the whole customer journey.
When everyone can touch a lead, no one owns it.
As a business grows, more people handle each enquiry: someone answers the phone, someone quotes, someone installs, someone collects payment. Without clear ownership and a shared record, handoffs drop leads and owners can’t see where the work is getting stuck.
RevenueTie gives every lead an owner, gives every person a role, and records team actions on the lead and in a team activity report.
How RevenueTie supports accountability
Lead ownership and assignment
Every lead has an owner, set automatically by source, campaign, channel or network, and changeable at any time.
Custom roles and permissions
Start with Admin, Sales and Technician roles, edit them, or create your own, and tick exactly what each can do.
Separate money permissions
Choose which roles can see revenue, marketing spend and return figures.
Access by responsibility
A technician can be limited to the calendars where they have work, and to their own appointments, follow-ups and shared files on a lead.
Team activity
See the actions team members took on leads (appointments booked, follow-ups completed, estimates sent, comments) filtered by person and role.
Comments, mentions and notifications
Internal comments on a lead or report, with @mentions, replies, requests to mark items done, and notifications.
Roles built around real jobs
An office administrator records deposits and invoices. A sales representative works their own leads and estimates. An installer only needs to know where to be and what to install. Roles let each person see what they need, and nothing that isn’t theirs to see.
- Administrators and office administrators
- Sales representatives
- Installers and technicians
- More than one owner per company
Handoffs that stay on the record
Team comments sit on the lead next to its history, without being sent to the client. Mention the installer about access to the furnace room, or ask the office to confirm a deposit, and they get a notification with a link straight to the lead.
Frequently asked questions
Can I control what each team member can access?
Yes. Each team member has a role, and each role has its own permissions, including which leads they can open, whether they can change owners or close leads, and whether they can see money figures.
Who can see the team activity report?
Owners and admins by default. You can switch it on or off for each role in permissions.
Are team comments visible to clients?
No. Comments are internal to your team.
Can a company have more than one owner?
Yes. Several people can be owners, and owners can always access everything.
