Google Ads integration: from spend to recorded revenue.
Connect Google Ads to bring campaigns and daily spend into RevenueTie, attribute the leads they produce, and see what each campaign returned in collected revenue. Supported conversion events and values can be sent back to Google.
What the integration does
Connect with your Google sign-in
Sign in with Google, then choose which ad accounts to link. Accounts you don’t select are never stored, which matters if your login can see several businesses’ accounts.
Daily spend sync
Spend, impressions and clicks sync daily at campaign and ad group level, so spend is always up to date in your reports.
Campaign and ad group mapping
Map each Google campaign, or individual ad groups, to an item in your RevenueTie campaign tree.
Lead attribution
Form leads arrive with their UTMs and click ID (gclid), and calls are attributed through campaign-specific phone numbers.
Downstream conversions
Supported conversion events and values from later in the journey can be sent back to Google Ads.
History that stays put
Disconnecting a login or unlinking an account stops syncing but keeps the spend already synced, so past reports don’t change.
Spend and revenue in the same report
Once Google campaigns are mapped, the campaign performance report shows each campaign’s spend next to its leads, cost per lead, approved estimates, collected revenue and return on spend. Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Local Services campaigns can all be mapped.

Calls from Google need their own numbers
Calls from call assets, Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile don’t pass through your website, so they carry no click information. Use a dedicated Quo number for each campaign or listing and map it in RevenueTie to attribute those calls.
Calls to a general number that isn’t mapped to a campaign can’t be attributed to a Google campaign automatically.
Setting it up
Connect your Google account
In RevenueTie, open Settings, then Ad Platforms, and connect Google Ads.
Choose the ad accounts to link
Tick the accounts that belong to this business. Spend history is pulled in when an account is linked.
Map campaigns to your campaign tree
Link each Google campaign or ad group to the matching channel, network or campaign in RevenueTie.
Check your lead tracking
Make sure your forms pass UTMs and click IDs, and that call numbers are mapped.
Frequently asked questions
Does RevenueTie change my Google Ads campaigns?
No. RevenueTie reads campaign and spend data. It doesn’t edit campaigns, budgets or bids. Sending supported conversion events is the only information it reports back.
Can an agency connect several client accounts?
Each business connects the accounts that belong to it, and you choose which accounts to link after signing in, so one login doesn’t expose every account it can see.
How often does spend update?
Spend syncs daily, and you can also trigger a sync from the integration settings.
Will improved conversion signals lower my costs?
We can’t promise that. Sending downstream conversions gives Google better information about which leads became clients; how the platform uses it depends on your campaigns and settings.
