Home services and trades
Marketing and lead tracking for home service businesses.
For HVAC, roofing, plumbing, window blinds, fencing, renovation, landscaping and moving companies. Follow every enquiry from the first call through the in-home visit, the estimate, the work and the final payment, and see which marketing paid for itself.
Home service leads are expensive and time-sensitive.
A homeowner with a failing furnace or a leaking roof calls several companies. The first to call back and book a visit usually wins. After the visit, the quote can sit for days, the install is weeks away, and the final payment comes after that. Meanwhile, the ad spend that produced the lead was reported weeks ago.
RevenueTie connects that long journey back to its start, so you can see which campaigns produce booked visits, approved quotes and collected revenue, not just calls.

How it fits different trades
Illustrative setups. Each business configures its own stages, estimates and calendars.
HVAC
Consultations and service-visit calendars, estimates with equipment, capacity, permits and labour, and maintenance visits that stay linked to the client.
Roofing
Inspection appointments, estimates with roofing materials, tear-off and labour, and deposits recorded before the crew is scheduled.
Plumbing
Service calls that move quickly from enquiry to visit to invoice, alongside larger replacement quotes.
Window blinds
In-home measure appointments and estimates with window counts, dimensions, fabrics and motorization.
Fencing and landscaping
Site visits, estimates with materials and labour lines, seasonal follow-ups, and installation calendars per crew.
Moving companies
Quotes based on crew, truck and hours, booked dates on a moves calendar, and deposits to hold the date.
Know which ads bring in booked work
Give your Google Search, Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile listings their own Quo numbers, connect your ad accounts, and RevenueTie attributes every call and form. The campaign report then shows spend next to visits booked, estimates approved and revenue collected.
- Calls attributed through campaign-specific numbers
- Local Services Ads spend added by hand
- Cost per lead and cost per client by campaign

Deposits, installs and final payments on one record
Record the deposit when the quote is approved, book the install on the right crew’s calendar, and create the invoice from the estimate when the job is finished, with the deposit already applied.
Frequently asked questions
Does RevenueTie handle dispatching and routes?
No. RevenueTie schedules appointments on multiple calendars and assigns team members, but it doesn’t do dispatching or route optimization.
Can each crew have its own calendar?
Yes. Create as many appointment calendars as you need and view them together or separately.
Can I track Local Services Ads?
Yes. Calls to your Local Services Ads number are attributed when that number is mapped in RevenueTie, and you can add Local Services Ads spend by hand so it counts in your reports.
Can past clients be imported?
Yes. Existing clients can be imported from CSV or Excel; their past revenue is shown separately and doesn’t affect your marketing reports.
