Platform overview
One platform from the first click to the final payment.
RevenueTie brings marketing attribution, lead management, appointments, estimates, invoices and recorded payments into one connected workspace, so every enquiry, and every dollar it brings in, stays tied to the marketing that started it.
Every part of the platform writes to the same lead record.
Most service businesses run the journey across separate tools: ad platforms for clicks, a phone system for calls, a spreadsheet for quotes and something else for invoices. Each one works, but none of them can say which marketing brought in paying clients.
In RevenueTie, a lead keeps its source from the first call or form. Follow-ups, appointments, estimates, invoices and payments are added to that same record as they happen.
Because everything is connected, reporting needs no exports or manual matching. Spend, leads and revenue can be read side by side.

Why it matters
The cheapest leads aren’t always the best campaign.
Judged by cost per lead, the Fall Tune-up Offer looked like a winner: more leads, and cheaper ones. Followed through to the money collected, it returned $187 on $980 of spend, while AC & Heat Pumps returned $12,101 on $890.
Ad platforms can’t see that difference. RevenueTie can, because every lead keeps its campaign all the way to payment.

Marketing
See what every channel and campaign brings in.
Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and daily spend sync into RevenueTie. Each lead keeps its source, so spend can be compared with the leads, approved estimates and collected revenue it produced.
- Cost per lead and cost per client
- Approved estimate value and collected revenue by source
- Return on spend based on recorded revenue
Lead source attribution
Website enquiries are attributed through UTMs and tracking rules, and calls through campaign-specific numbers mapped in Quo.
Reports and snapshots
Campaign performance by date range with comparisons, saved snapshots, comments, sharing and PDF export.
Signals back to ad platforms
Send supported downstream conversions and values back to connected ad platforms.
Phone attribution works for calls to dedicated, campaign-specific numbers mapped to a source. Calls to a general business number can’t be attributed to a campaign automatically.
Leads and sales
Keep every enquiry moving, with an owner and a next step.
Every web form and call becomes a lead with its source attached. Your team works it from the Leads Workspace and the pipeline, through follow-ups and appointments, until it’s won or closed.
- Pipeline grouped by your own funnel stages
- Overdue follow-ups flagged on every stage
- Days in stage and owner on each lead
Leads Workspace and timeline
Calls with summaries, texts, notes, files, appointments and estimates on one timeline for each lead.
Follow-ups and assignment
Follow-ups with due dates and priorities. New leads assigned automatically by source, campaign or a default owner.
Appointments
Multiple calendars for consultations, installations or service visits, with every appointment linked to its lead. Google and Microsoft Calendar sync is coming soon.
Estimates and revenue
Follow every quote through to the money received.
Build estimates from your own products and services, record deposits, turn approved estimates into invoices and record each payment. Every amount stays tied to the lead, and to the campaign that started it.
- Invoiced, collected, outstanding and overdue at a glance
- Partial payments and balances due
- Export estimates and invoices to CSV
Products and services
Your own catalog of items and prices, ready to add to estimates and invoices.
Estimates and deposits
Custom lines, discounts, tax and fixed or percentage deposits. Send by email, text or WhatsApp.
Invoices and recorded payments
Invoices created from approved estimates, with each payment recorded by method and reference.

Frequently asked questions
Is RevenueTie a CRM?
RevenueTie manages leads and customer interactions, but its purpose is different from a generic CRM. It connects marketing spend and attribution to what happens next (follow-ups, appointments, estimates, invoices and recorded payments) so you can see which marketing turns into revenue.
Does RevenueTie replace my accounting software?
No. RevenueTie tracks estimates, invoices and the payments you record against each lead, which is what you need to measure marketing and sales outcomes. It isn’t an accounting platform, so keep using your accounting software for bookkeeping and tax.
Is RevenueTie field service software?
RevenueTie schedules appointments across multiple calendars and assigns team members to them. It doesn’t include dispatching or route optimization.
Which reports are available?
The dashboard shows leads, open estimates awaiting a decision, amounts awaiting payment, approved estimates and collected revenue, with a funnel from marketing spend to revenue. Campaign performance reports break this down by the channels, networks and campaigns you choose. Team activity reporting shows what each team member did.
Can I control who sees money figures?
Yes. Permissions let you decide which roles can see revenue, spend and return figures.
Can RevenueTie be set up for my business?
Yes. Funnel stages, estimates, products and services, calendars, roles and close reasons are all configurable. If you’d like help, our optional setup and implementation service can configure it for you.
