Lead management
Every enquiry followed up. Every opportunity owned.
The RevenueTie Leads Workspace keeps the lead list, the full conversation and the lead’s details side by side, so your team always knows who owns a lead and what should happen next.

Leads rarely go cold on purpose.
They go cold because the call came in while everyone was busy, nobody was sure whose lead it was, or the follow-up lived on a sticky note. By the time someone calls back, the client has booked a competitor.
RevenueTie makes ownership and the next action visible on every lead, and keeps all of the context someone needs to pick it up, even when it isn’t their lead.
What the workspace keeps together
Lead list
Search and filter leads, sort by latest lead or latest activity, and open any lead without losing your place.
Customer journey timeline
Calls, texts, notes, files, appointments, estimates, payments and stage moves on one timeline, filterable by type.
Calls and texts
Calls and texts from Quo appear automatically, with call summaries, next steps and transcripts where available.
Lead context panel
Owner, next action, last contact, value, client, activity counts and funnel progress at a glance.
Follow-ups and reminders
Follow-ups with a due date, priority, action type and owner, including overdue and due-today views.
Funnel stages
Leads move through your own stages, manually or automatically when an appointment, estimate or payment is recorded.
Automatic assignment
New leads go to an owner based on their source, campaign, channel or network, or to a default owner.
Clients and repeat business
Each client has one record across all their leads over time, so returning clients and possible duplicates are easy to spot.
Pick up any lead and know the story in seconds
When a client calls back, whoever answers can open the lead and see what was said on the last call, which estimate was sent, whether a deposit arrived and when the next appointment is. No one has to ask “who spoke to them last?”.
- Call summaries and next steps where available
- Notes and files kept on the lead
- Team comments with @mentions, kept separate from the client’s history
Follow-ups that can’t slip through
Every follow-up has an owner and a due time. The follow-ups calendar and the lead list show what’s overdue, what’s due today and what’s coming up, sorted by priority.
- Call, text, email or WhatsApp follow-ups
- High-priority flag
- Assigned to the lead owner by default
Frequently asked questions
Can I customize my sales pipeline and funnel stages?
Yes. Add, remove, rename and reorder stages so they match your process. See product customization.
How are leads assigned?
Assignment rules route new leads to an owner by source, campaign, channel or network, with a default owner for everything else. Owners can be changed on any lead.
What happens when the same person enquires twice?
Both enquiries are kept, and they’re linked to the same client. You can mark a lead as a duplicate of another, which archives it and links it to the lead you keep.
Are calls and texts logged automatically?
Yes, when your phone numbers are connected through the Quo integration. Calls and texts are added to the lead’s timeline, with call summaries and transcripts where Quo provides them.
